Ingredients

  • Anday (Eggs): 2 adad
  • Pyaaz (Onion): 1 chhota (bareek kata hua)
  • Tamatar (Tomato): 1 chhota (bareek kata hua)
  • Hari Mirch (Green Chili): 1-2 (bareek kati hui)
  • Hara Dhaniya (Fresh Coriander): 1 chammach (kuta hua)
  • Namak (Salt): Hasb-e-zaiqa
  • Lal Mirch Powder: ½ chhota chammach
  • Garam Masala (Optional): Chutki bhar
  • Cooking Oil/Butter: 1 bada chammach

Instructions

1. Mixing

Crack the eggs into a bowl and mix in onions, tomatoes, green chilies, coriander, salt, and spices, then whisk well. If you add 1 spoon of milk or water and whisk it, the omelette will become much fluffier and softer.

2. Heat the Pan & Fry

Heat the Pan: Heat oil or butter in a non-stick pan.
Fry: Now pour the egg mixture into the pan and spread it out completely.

Cook: Cook on medium heat for 1–2 minutes until the bottom turns golden.
Flip: Gently flip it over and cook the other side for another 30 seconds.
