- Sab se pehle chawal ko dho kar 30 minute ke liye bhigo dein, phir unhein hathon se halka sa crush (tood) lein.

- Ek bade bartan mein dhoodh ko ubaal lein. Jab ubaal aa jaye to is mein crush kiye hue chawal shamil kar dein.

- Halki aanch par dhoodh ko pakayein aur chamach chalate rahein taake chawal neeche na lagein.

- Halki aanch par kheer ko pakate hue aur chamach chalate hue taake doodh aur chawal neeche na lagein"

- Ab is mein khoya shamil karein aur mazeed 10 minute tak pakayein jab tak kheer gaarhi (thick) na ho jaye.

- Akhir mein badam aur pista daal kar mix karein aur choorha band kar dein. Thanda kar ke serve karein!
