  • Green Cardamom Powder Choti Elaichi: 1/2 teaspoon (for aroma)
  • Nuts Badam aur Pista: 2 tablespoons (chopped almonds and pistachios)
  • Kewra Water: A few drops optional, for that traditional festive fragrance

Method
 

  1. Soak and Prepare Rice: Wash and soak the rice in water for about 30 minutes. Drain the water and coarsely grind or crush the rice using a mortar and pestle or a blender.
