Ingredients
  

  • Dhoodh: 2 Liter Full Cream Milk
  • Chawal: 1/2 cup Bhigo kar thode se koot lein
  • Cheeni Sugar: 1 se 1.5 cup (apne zaiqe ke mutabiq)
  • Khoya: 1/2 cup
  • Sabz Elaichi: 4-5 adad ya 1/2 chaye ka chammach elaichi powder
  • Badam: 10-12 adad bareek kate hue
  • Pista: 10-12 adad bareek kate hue

Method
 

  1. Sab se pehle chawal ko dho kar 30 minute ke liye bhigo dein, phir unhein hathon se halka sa crush (tood) lein.

  2. Ek bade bartan mein dhoodh ko ubaal lein. Jab ubaal aa jaye to is mein crush kiye hue chawal shamil kar dein.
  3. Halki aanch par dhoodh ko pakayein aur chamach chalate rahein taake chawal neeche na lagein.
