  • Dhoodh Full Cream Milk: 2 Litre
  • Chawal Basmati Rice - bhigoye hue: 1/2 Cup
  • Cheeni Sugar: 1 Cup (ya hasb-e-zaiqa)
  • Elaichi Powder Cardamom: 1/2 Teaspoon
  • Khoya ya Mawa: 1/2 Cup

Method
 

  1. Sab se pehle chawal ko dho kar 30 minute ke liye bhigo dein, phir unhein hathon se halka sa crush (tood) lein.
