Zeera Bhunain: Ek chote frying pan mein zeera daalein aur halki aanch par dry roast karein, jab tak iski achi khushbu na aane lage. Isay halka sa koot (crush) lein taake flavor nikal aaye.
Dahi Phaintin: Ek bowl mein dahi lein aur isay achi tarah phaint lein taake wo bilkul smooth ho jaye.
Mix Karein: Dahi mein bhuna hua zeera, namak, aur kali mirch shamil karein.
Consistency: Agar aapko raita thoda patla pasand hai, to is mein 2-3 chamach pani ya doodh shamil karke mix karein.
Serve Karein: Upar se thoda sa hara dhaniya chirkein aur thanda serve karein.
