  •  1 cup  Dahi (Yogurt):(taaza aur gadha)
  • 1 teaspoon Zeera (Cumin Seeds)
  • Hasb-e-zaiqa Namak (Salt)
  • Ek chutki Kali Mirch (Black Pepper)
  • 2-3 tablespoon Pani/Doodh(consistency adjust karne ke liye)
  • Hara Dhaniya: Sajaawat (garnish) ke liye

Method
 

  1. Zeera Bhunain: Ek chote frying pan mein zeera daalein aur halki aanch par dry roast karein, jab tak iski achi khushbu na aane lage. Isay halka sa koot (crush) lein taake flavor nikal aaye.

  2. Dahi Phaintin: Ek bowl mein dahi lein aur isay achi tarah phaint lein taake wo bilkul smooth ho jaye.
