Keema Marinate Karein
Ek bowl mein keema lein aur usmein kachcha papita (paste), adrak-lehsan paste, namak, aur laal mirch powder shamil karke achi tarah mix karein. Isay kam se kam 1 se 2 ghante ke liye chhor dein taake meat soft ho jaye. 2. Masale Mix Karein
Ab is marinate kiye huye keeme mein bariq kati hui pyaz (pani nikal kar), hara dhaniya, podina, hari mirchein, garam masala aur bhuna hua besan daal kar achi tarah mix kar lein. 3. Tikki (Kabab) Banayein
Hathon par halka sa pani ya oil lagayen aur mixture se choti choti tikkian (kababs) taiyaar kar lein. 4. Fry Karein
Ek taway ya fry pan mein 2-3 chammach oil garam karein. Medium-low flame par kabab rakhein aur dono taraf se golden brown hone tak pakaein. Kyunki keema kachcha hai, isliye ise dhak kar pakayen taake andar tak gal jaye
