Ingredients
  

  • 500g 500g Mutton (chotay pieces)
  • 3 medium 3 medium tamatar (halves mein katay huay)
  • 1 tbsp 1 tbsp lehsan-adrak ka paste
  • 1/2 cup 1/2 cup dahi (phenti hui)
  • 4-5 4-5 mirchein (darmiyan se kati hui)
  • 1 tbsp 1 tbsp bhuna kuta dhaniya aur zeera
  • 1 tsp 1 tsp kali mirch powder
  • Hasb-e-zaiqa Hasb-e-zaiqa namak
  • (hasb-e-zaroorat) (hasb-e-zaroorat) Oil ya Desi Ghee
  • garnish ke liye garnish ke liye Hara dhaniya aur adrak

Method
 

  1. Preparation: Pressure cooker mein mutton, lehsan-adrak, namak aur thoda sa pani dalein. 8-10 minute tak pressure dein jab tak mutton 80% gal na jaye.

  2. Sauté: Ab mutton ko ek karhai mein nikal lein, thoda oil dalein aur tez aanch par bhunein.

  3. Tomatoes: Tamatar upar se rakh dein aur dhakkan band karke 5 minute pakayein taake chilke naram ho jayen. Chilke utaar dein.
  4. Masala: Tamatar ko achi tarah mash karein. Ab dahi, dhaniya-zeera, aur kali mirch shamil karein.

  5. Finish: Tezi se bhunein jab tak oil alag na ho jaye. Aakhir mein hari mirchein aur hara dhaniya daal kar dam dein.
