Preparation: Pressure cooker mein mutton, lehsan-adrak, namak aur thoda sa pani dalein. 8-10 minute tak pressure dein jab tak mutton 80% gal na jaye.
Sauté: Ab mutton ko ek karhai mein nikal lein, thoda oil dalein aur tez aanch par bhunein.
Tomatoes: Tamatar upar se rakh dein aur dhakkan band karke 5 minute pakayein taake chilke naram ho jayen. Chilke utaar dein.
Masala: Tamatar ko achi tarah mash karein. Ab dahi, dhaniya-zeera, aur kali mirch shamil karein.
Finish: Tezi se bhunein jab tak oil alag na ho jaye. Aakhir mein hari mirchein aur hara dhaniya daal kar dam dein.
