Chicken Fry Karein: Sabse pehle chicken ko marination ingredients (egg, cornflour, soy sauce, pepper, salt) ke saath 15 minute ke liye chhor dein. Phir oil mein golden brown hone tak fry kar lein aur nikal lein.
Tadka Lagayein: Ek alag pan mein 2 tbsp oil garam karein. Ismein lahsun-adrak ka paste aur hari mirchein daal kar halka sa saute karein.
Vegetables Add Karein: Ab pyaz aur shimla mirch (capsicum) daal kar 2 minute tak tez aanch par fry karein (vegetables ko crunchy rehna chahiye).
Sauces Shamil Karein: Ab ketchup, chili garlic sauce, soy sauce aur vinegar daal kar mix karein.
Gravy Tayyar Karein: Chicken stock ya pani shamil karein aur ubaal aane dein. Jab ubaal aa jaye, toh fry kiya hua chicken daal dein.
Thicken Karein: Aakhir mein cornflour ka ghol daalein aur gravy ko garha (thick) hone tak pakayein.
