Ingredients
  

  • 500g Chicken Marination ke liye:
  • Chicken boneless:(small cubes mein kata hua)
  • 1 adad Egg
  • 3 tbsp Cornflour
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • ½ tsp Black pepper powder
  • Hasb-e-zaroorat Salt
  • Gravy ke liye:
  • tbsp Ginger & Garlic paste
  • 3-4 Green chilies: (bareek kati hui)
  • 1 medium Onion: (chopped)
  • 1 medium Capsicum: (cubes mein kata hua)
  • ½ cup Tomato Ketchup:
  • 3 tbsp chili Garlic Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce:
  • 1 tbsp Vinegar
  • 1-2 cups Chicken Stock ya pani:
  • 2 tbsp Cornflour: (pani mein ghula hua)
  • Oil: Fry aur cooking ke liye

Method
 

  1. Chicken Fry Karein: Sabse pehle chicken ko marination ingredients (egg, cornflour, soy sauce, pepper, salt) ke saath 15 minute ke liye chhor dein. Phir oil mein golden brown hone tak fry kar lein aur nikal lein.
  2. Tadka Lagayein: Ek alag pan mein 2 tbsp oil garam karein. Ismein lahsun-adrak ka paste aur hari mirchein daal kar halka sa saute karein.
    Sautéing fresh ginger-garlic paste and green chilies in hot oil in a pan to create an aromatic base for Chicken Manchurian gravy."
  3. Vegetables Add Karein: Ab pyaz aur shimla mirch (capsicum) daal kar 2 minute tak tez aanch par fry karein (vegetables ko crunchy rehna chahiye).

  4. Sauces Shamil Karein: Ab ketchup, chili garlic sauce, soy sauce aur vinegar daal kar mix karein.

  5. Gravy Tayyar Karein: Chicken stock ya pani shamil karein aur ubaal aane dein. Jab ubaal aa jaye, toh fry kiya hua chicken daal dein.
