Kabab Fry Karein: Sab se pehle taway par thoda sa oil garam karein aur apne Shami Kabab ko dono taraf se golden brown aur crispy hone tak fry kar lein. Fry hone ke baad kabab ko thoda masal (mash) lein.
Paratha Tayar Karein: Usi taway par paratha sek lein. Koshish karein ke paratha thoda crispy ho, isse roll ka maza dugna ho jata hai.
Assembly: Ab garam parathay par sab se pehle green chutney aur mayonnaise (ya dahi ki chutney) ki ek layer lagayein.
Filling Iske beech mein fry kiye hue maslay (mashed) kabab rakhein. Upar se kati hui pyaz, hari mirch aur thoda sa chaat masala chirak dein.
Roll Karein: Ab parathay ko tight roll kar lein aur neeche se butter paper ya tissue paper mein lapet dein taake khane mein aasani ho.
