Fry the Kababs: First, heat a little oil on a tawa (griddle) and fry your Shami Kababs until they are golden brown and crispy on both sides. After frying, lightly mash the kababs.
Prepare the Paratha: Toast the paratha on the same tawa. Try to make the paratha a bit crispy, as this doubles the enjoyment of the roll
Assembly: First, apply a layer of green chutney and mayonnaise (or yogurt chutney) onto the hot paratha
Filling: Place the fried and mashed kababs in the middle of it. Sprinkle the sliced onion, green chillies, and a little chaat masala on top
Roll it: Now, roll the paratha tightly and wrap it from the bottom in butter paper or tissue paper so that it is easy to eat.
