  • Shami Kabab: 2-3 pehle se bane hue
  • Paratha: 1 ghar ka bana ya frozen
  • Pyaz: 1 chota lambai mein kata hua
  • Hari Mirch: 1 bareek kati hui
  • Green Chutney: 1 tablespoon
  • Mayonnaise ya Dahi ki Chutney: 1 tablespoon
  • Chaat Masala: Chutki bhar

Method
 

  1. Kabab Fry Karein: Sab se pehle taway par thoda sa oil garam karein aur apne Shami Kabab ko dono taraf se golden brown aur crispy hone tak fry kar lein. Fry hone ke baad kabab ko thoda masal (mash) lein.

  2. Paratha Tayar Karein: Usi taway par paratha sek lein. Koshish karein ke paratha thoda crispy ho, isse roll ka maza dugna ho jata hai.
