Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add a little butter or olive oil. Pour the egg mixture into the pan, spreading it out evenly. Place the bread slices directly onto the egg mixture. Gently press them down so they adhere to the egg. Once the bottom is set, flip the entire thing over and cook the other side until the bread is perfectly golden and toasted.
