  • 1-2 Green chilies finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh cilantro chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red chili flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cumin powder Zeera
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt

Method
 

  1. Prepare the Dough: In a large bowl, mix the flour, salt, and ghee. Gradually add water and knead into a soft, smooth dough. Cover and let it rest for 15–20 minutes.
