Tawa Qeema ek bohat hi popular Pakistani aur Indian street-style dish hai jo apne spicy, smoky aur rich flavor ki wajah se har kisi ko pasand aati hai. Yeh dish khas tor par naan, roti, paratha aur rice ke sath serve ki jati hai aur aksar dhaba style khane ka hissa hoti hai.

β€œTawa Qeema” ka naam is liye pada kyunki yeh ek bade flat tawa par banaya jata hai jahan qeema ko tez masalon ke sath bhuna jata hai. Is dish ki khas baat iska bhuna hua (bhunai wala) taste hota hai jo isay ordinary qeema se bilkul different banata hai.

  • 2 tbsp adrak lehsun paste
  • 3–4 hari mirch
  • Β½ cup oil

  • 1 tsp dhania powder

1. Base Banayein

Tawa par oil garam karein aur pyaz golden brown kar lein.

2. Masala Prepare Karein

Adrak lehsun paste aur tamatar daal kar achi tarah bhunein.

3. Masalay Add Karein

Sare powdered masalay add karke oil alag hone tak pakayein.

4. Qeema Cook Karein
