Murgh Musallam ek traditional aur royal dish hai jo Mughlai cuisine ka hissa hai. Yeh dish khas tor par un logon ke liye hai jo rich, flavorful aur special khanay pasand karte hain. “Murgh Musallam” ka matlab hota hai poora chicken, aur is dish mein waqai poora chicken use hota hai jo masalon aur stuffing ke sath pakaya jata hai.

🥣 Ingredients

Chicken & Marinade:

  • 1 whole chicken
  • 1 cup dahi
  • 1 tbsp adrak lehsun paste
  • 1 tsp lal mirch powder
  • ½ tsp haldi
  • 1 tsp dhania powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • Namak (hasb-e-zaiqa)

Stuffing:

  • 2 boiled eggs
  • 1 cup keema (optional)
  • 2 tbsp fried onions

Gravy:

  • 2 onions (fried)
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • ½ cup oil
  • Whole spices (elaichi, dalchini, tez patta)

👩‍🍳 Method

1. Marination

Chicken ko tamam masalon aur dahi ke sath achi tarah marinate karein. 2–4 ghante ke liye rakh dein.

2. Stuffing

Chicken ke andar boiled eggs aur keema bhar dein aur dhage se band kar dein.

3. Frying

Chicken ko halka sa oil mein fry karein taake golden color aa jaye.

4. Gravy

Oil mein whole spices aur fried onions daal kar bhunein. Phir yogurt aur masalay add karein.

5. Cooking

Chicken ko gravy mein daal kar low flame par dum par pakayein jab tak tender na ho jaye.
