🥦 Easy Vegetable Mix Pakora Recipe – Crispy & Tasty Snack

📝 Ingredients:

  • 1 cup besan (gram flour)
  • 1 medium pyaz (thin sliced)
  • 1 small aloo (thin sliced)
  • ½ cup palak (chopped)
  • ½ cup gobhi (small pieces)
  • 1–2 hari mirch (chopped)
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • ½ tsp haldi powder
  • 1 tsp dhania powder
  • ½ tsp garam masala
  • ½ tsp ajwain (optional)
  • Namak hasb-e-zarurat
  • Thora sa hara dhania (chopped)
  • Pani zarurat ke mutabiq
  • Tel for frying

👩‍🍳 Method:

  1. Ek bowl mein besan daal kar us mein namak, lal mirch, haldi, dhania powder, garam masala aur ajwain mix kar lein.
  2. Ab sari kati hui vegetables (pyaz, aloo, palak, gobhi, hari mirch) aur hara dhania add kar dein.
  3. Thora thora pani daal kar thick batter tayar karein. Batter zyada patla na ho.
  4. Kadhai mein tel garam karein.
  5. Garam tel mein chammach ki madad se batter ke chote portions daalte jayein.
  6. Medium flame par pakoray golden brown aur crispy hone tak fry karein.
  7. Tissue paper par nikal kar extra oil absorb hone dein.
