📝 Ingredients:

  • 500g boneless chicken (small cubes)
  • 1 cup besan (gram flour)
  • 2 tbsp cornflour (extra crispiness ke liye)
  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • ½ tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • ½ tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds (zeera)
  • 2 tbsp fresh coriander (chopped)
  • 2 green chilies (chopped)
  • Salt as required
  • Water (as needed)
  • Oil for frying

  1. Sab se pehle chicken ko wash karke dry kar lein.
  2. Ek bowl mein chicken daalein aur ginger garlic paste, namak aur thori si lal mirch daal kar 10–15 minutes ke liye marinate kar dein.
  3. Ab usi bowl mein besan, cornflour, turmeric, coriander powder, garam masala, zeera, hari mirch aur hara dhania daal dein.
  4. Thora thora pani daal kar thick batter bana lein. Batter zyada patla na ho.
  5. Karahi mein oil garam karein.
  6. Medium flame par chicken ke chhote chhote portions oil mein daalte jayein.
  7. Golden brown aur crispy hone tak fry karein.
  8. Tissue paper par nikal kar extra oil absorb kar lein.

🌶 Serving Suggestion:

  • Green chutney
  • Imli ki chutney
  • Garam chai

💡 Tips for Perfect Crispy Pakora:

✔ Oil medium hot hona chahiye (bohat zyada garam ho ga tou bahar se jal jaye ga).
✔ Cornflour zaroor add karein for extra crunch.
✔ Fry karte waqt pakoron ko zyada crowd na karein.
