Dahi Bhalla ek bohat hi mashhoor aur refreshing Pakistani aur Indian snack hai jo khas tor par Ramzan, Eid aur daawaton mein banaya jata hai. Yeh dish apne soft bhallay (vada) aur creamy dahi ke combination ki wajah se har kisi ko pasand aati hai. Iska taste sweet, tangy aur halka sa spicy hota hai jo ise ek perfect chaat banata hai.
Dahi Bhalla asal mein urad daal ke soft fritters hote hain jo deep fry karke phir pani mein soak kiye jate hain. Is process ki wajah se bhallay bohat hi soft aur spongey ho jate hain. Phir inhein thick aur creamy dahi ke sath serve kiya jata hai aur upar se chutniyan aur masalay daal kar garnish kiya jata hai.

🥣 Ingredients
Bhalla ke liye:
- 1 cup urad daal (soaked 6–8 hours)
- 1 tsp namak
- Oil for frying
Dahi ke liye:
- 2 cup dahi (yogurt)
- 2 tbsp cheeni
- Namak (to taste)

1. Batter Banayein
Soaked daal ko grind karke smooth batter banayein aur achi tarah phent lein.
2. Bhallay Fry Karein
Chhote balls bana kar medium heat oil mein golden hone tak fry karein.
3. Soak Karein
Bhallon ko garam pani mein 10–15 minutes ke liye daal dein, phir nikaal kar halka press karein.
4. Dahi Prepare Karein
Dahi ko smooth karke us mein cheeni aur namak mix karein.
5. Assemble Karein
Bhallay dish mein rakh kar upar dahi aur chutniyan daal dein.
