Chicken Malai Boti Recipe (Soft & Juicy)


📝 Ingredients:

  • Chicken boneless – 500g (cube cut)
  • Fresh cream (malai) – ½ cup
  • Yogurt – ½ cup
  • Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp
  • Green chillies paste – 1–2 tsp
  • White pepper – 1 tsp
  • Black pepper – ½ tsp
  • Garam masala – ½ tsp
  • Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
  • Cheese (cheddar or cream cheese) – 2 tbsp (optional but recommended)
  • Salt – to taste
  • Oil or butter – 2 tbsp
  • Kasuri methi – 1 tsp (crushed)

👩‍🍳 Method:

  1. Marination:
    Bowl mein yogurt, cream, ginger garlic paste, green chilli paste, lemon juice, cheese, salt aur saari spices mix karein.
  2. Chicken Add:
    Chicken cubes add kar ke achi tarah coat karein.
    Cover kar ke minimum 2 hours (best taste ke liye overnight) fridge mein rakh dein.
  3. Cooking Options:
    • BBQ/Grill: Seekhon par laga kar charcoal ya grill pan par cook karein.
    • Tawa: Thora sa butter/oil garam kar ke chicken medium flame par cook karein jab tak soft aur halka golden ho jaye.
    • Oven: 200°C par 20–25 minutes bake karein, beech mein ek dafa butter brush karein.
  4. Final Touch:
    Upar se kasuri methi sprinkle karein.

🍽️ Serving:

  • Garlic naan / rumali roti
  • Mint chutney
  • Onion rings & lemon slices

💡 Tips for Extra Soft Malai Boti:

  • Chicken breast ke bajaye chicken thigh use karein
  • Zyada high flame par cook na karein
  • Thori si cornflour (1 tsp) bhi add kar sakti hain
