Chicken kabab recipee


🍢 Chicken Kabab Recipe (Easy & Juicy)
Ingredients:
- Chicken boneless – 500 g (minced or very finely chopped)
- Onion – 1 small (very finely chopped)
- Green chilies – 2–3 (finely chopped)
- Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tbsp
- Fresh coriander – 2 tbsp (chopped)
- Fresh mint – 1 tbsp (optional)
- Egg – 1
- Bread crumbs – ½ cup (or soaked bread, squeezed)
- Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
- Oil – 2 tbsp
🌶️ Spices:
- Salt – to taste
- Red chili powder – 1 tsp
- Cumin powder – 1 tsp
- Coriander powder – 1 tsp
- Garam masala – ½ tsp
- Black pepper – ½ tsp
👩🍳 Method:
- In a bowl, add chicken mince, onion, green chilies, herbs, spices, egg & bread crumbs.
- Mix very well until the mixture becomes soft and sticky.
- Cover and rest for 20–30 minutes (important for juicy kababs).
- Shape into seekh, round, or flat kababs.
- Heat pan with little oil and shallow fry on medium flame until golden brown on both sides.
🔥 BBQ / Oven Option:
- BBQ/Grill: Grill kababs, brushing oil, until cooked.
- Oven: Bake at 180°C for 20–25 minutes, turning once.
🍽️ Serving Suggestions:
- Serve hot with green chutney & onion rings
- Perfect with paratha or naan
