🍢 Chicken Kabab Recipe (Easy & Juicy)

Ingredients:

  • Chicken boneless – 500 g (minced or very finely chopped)
  • Onion – 1 small (very finely chopped)
  • Green chilies – 2–3 (finely chopped)
  • Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tbsp
  • Fresh coriander – 2 tbsp (chopped)
  • Fresh mint – 1 tbsp (optional)
  • Egg – 1
  • Bread crumbs – ½ cup (or soaked bread, squeezed)
  • Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
  • Oil – 2 tbsp

🌶️ Spices:

  • Salt – to taste
  • Red chili powder – 1 tsp
  • Cumin powder – 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder – 1 tsp
  • Garam masala – ½ tsp
  • Black pepper – ½ tsp

👩‍🍳 Method:

  1. In a bowl, add chicken mince, onion, green chilies, herbs, spices, egg & bread crumbs.
  2. Mix very well until the mixture becomes soft and sticky.
  3. Cover and rest for 20–30 minutes (important for juicy kababs).
  4. Shape into seekh, round, or flat kababs.
  5. Heat pan with little oil and shallow fry on medium flame until golden brown on both sides.

🔥 BBQ / Oven Option:

  • BBQ/Grill: Grill kababs, brushing oil, until cooked.
  • Oven: Bake at 180°C for 20–25 minutes, turning once.

🍽️ Serving Suggestions:

  • Serve hot with green chutney & onion rings
  • Perfect with paratha or naan
