Easy Kitchen Life Chicken Cheese Pasta

Ingredients:
- 2 cups pasta (penne or macaroni)
- 1 cup boiled chicken (shredded or cubes)
- 1 cup cheddar cheese (grated)
- ½ cup mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp flour
- 2 cloves garlic (chopped)
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp chili flakes (optional)
- 1 tbsp oil
Step 1: Boil the Pasta
Boil pasta in salted water until soft. Drain and keep aside.
Step 2: Prepare Chicken
Heat oil in a pan. Add boiled chicken, sprinkle salt and pepper, and sauté for 2–3 minutes. Set aside.
Step 3: Make Cheese Sauce
- In the same pan, add butter.
- Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
- Add flour and mix well for 1 minute.
- Cook until sauce thickens.
- Add cheddar cheese and mix until melted.
Step 4: Mix Everything
Add pasta + chicken into the cheese sauce.
Sprinkle mozzarella and chili flakes on top.
Cover for 2 minutes until cheese melts.
- Add capsicum or sweet corn for extra flavor.
- Want spicy? Add green chilies or peri peri powder.
- For baked version: Put in baking dish and bake 10 minutes.
