๐ฅ Mutton Qeema Recipe (Easy & Desi Style)
๐งพ Ingredients:
- Mutton qeema โ ยฝ kg
- Pyaz (onion) โ 2 medium (bareek kata hua)
- Tamatar โ 2 medium (bareek kata hua)
- Adrak lehsan paste โ 1 tbsp
- Hari mirch โ 2 (kata hui)
- Dahi โ ยฝ cup
- Lal mirch powder โ 1 tsp
- Haldi โ ยฝ tsp
- Dhaniya powder โ 1 tsp
- Garam masala โ 1 tsp
- Namak โ taste ke mutabiq
- Cooking oil โ ยฝ cup
- Hara dhaniya โ garnish ke liye
- Hara pyaz ya podina โ optional
๐ฉโ๐ณ Method:
- Kadhai ya degchi mein oil garam karein, pyaz daal kar golden brown kar lein.
- Adrak lehsan paste aur hari mirch daal kar 1โ2 minute bhunein.
- Ab tamatar daal kar achi tarah pakayein jab tak oil alag na ho jaye.
- Lal mirch, haldi, dhaniya powder aur namak daal kar mix karein.
- Mutton qeema daal kar tez aanch par 5โ7 minute bhunein.
- Dahi daal kar achi tarah mix karein aur dheemi aanch par dhak kar 20โ25 minute pakayein.
- Jab qeema gal jaye aur oil upar aa jaye, garam masala daal dein.
- Aakhir mein hara dhaniya se garnish karein.
