  • Suji (semolina) 1 cup
  • Chini 1 cup
  • Ghee 1/2 cup
  • Doodh 2 cup (ya pani)
  • Elaichi powder 1/2 tsp
  • Badam aur pista (garnish ke liye)

For Puri:

  • Maida 2 cup
  • Namak 1/2 tsp
  • Pani hasb-e-zarurat
  • Oil (frying ke liye)

For Channay:

  • Boiled channay 2 cup
  • Pyaz 1 (chopped)
  • Tamatar 2 (chopped)
  • Adrak lehsan paste 1 tbsp
  • Lal mirch, haldi, namak
  • Garam masala 1 tsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp

🍯 Halwa Banane ka Tareeqa

  1. Ek pan mein ghee garam karein aur suji daal kar halki aanch par golden brown hone tak bhun lein.
  2. Jab suji khushboo dene lage to is mein doodh ya pani dheere dheere shamil karein.
  3. Ab chini aur elaichi powder add karein aur mix karein.
  4. Halwa ko lagatar chamach chalate hue pakayein jab tak yeh thick aur smooth na ho jaye.
