🥩 Ingredients for Mutton Qeema

  • Mutton qeema (minced meat) – 1 kg
  • Pyaz (onion) – 2 medium (chopped)
  • Tamatar (tomatoes) – 3 medium
  • Adrak lehsan paste – 2 tbsp
  • Dahi (yogurt) – ½ cup
  • Oil – ½ cup
  • Hari mirch – 4–5
  • Namak – taste ke mutabiq
  • Lal mirch – 1 tbsp
  • Haldi – 1 tsp
  • Dhaniya powder – 1 tbsp
  • Garam masala – 1 tsp
  • Hara dhaniya – garnish ke liye

  • Mutton qeema ko dahi, adrak lehsan, namak aur thori haldi ke sath 30 minutes marinate kar lein.

🍳 Cooking Method

  1. Ek pan mein oil garam karein.
  2. Pyaz golden brown hone tak fry karein.
  3. Adrak lehsan paste add karein aur achi tarah bhunein.
  4. Tamatar aur masalay (lal mirch, haldi, dhaniya powder) add karein.
  5. Jab masala oil chhor de to mutton qeema add karein.
  6. Medium flame par qeema ko achi tarah bhun lein.
  7. Ab dahi aur hari mirch add karein.
  8. Dhakkan laga kar 25–35 minutes halki aanch par pakaein.
  9. Jab qeema tender ho jaye aur oil upar aa jaye to garam masala dal dein.
  10. Hara dhaniya se garnish karein.
