Chicken Marinade ke liye

  • 500 g chicken
  • 1 cup dahi
  • 1 tbsp adrak lehsan paste

  • 1 tej patta
  • ½ cup cooking oil
  • hara dhania aur pudina
  • zafran ya food color (optional)

🍳 Cooking Method

Step 1: Chicken Marinade
Sab se pehle chicken ko dahi, adrak lehsan paste, lal mirch, haldi, garam masala aur namak ke sath mix karein. Isay 20–30 minutes ke liye marinate hone dein.

Step 2: Chawal Boil karein
Ek bartan mein pani ubal kar us mein namak aur thora sa zeera daal dein. Basmati chawal 70% tak boil karein aur phir pani nikal dein.

Step 3: Masala tayar karein
Ek pan mein oil garam karein aur us mein piyaz golden brown hone tak fry karein. Ab zeera, laung, elaichi aur tej patta daal dein. Phir tamatar aur hari mirch add karein.

Step 5: Biryani Layering
Ek bartan mein pehle chicken masala daal dein. Us ke upar chawal ki layer laga dein. Upar se pudina, hara dhania aur zafran ya color daal dein.

Step 6: Dum Process
Bartan ko dhak kar 10–15 minutes tak low flame par dum dein.
