Easy Hara Masala Chicken Recipe

Ingredients

Chicken

  • 1 kg chicken (curry cut)
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 medium piyaz (barik chopped)
  • 1 tbsp adrak lehsan paste
  • ½ cup dahi
  • Namak taste ke mutabiq

Hara Masala Paste

  • 1 cup hara dhania
  • ½ cup pudina
  • 2–3 hari mirch
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Thora sa pani (blend karne ke liye)

🌶 Spices

  • 1 tsp zeera
  • 1 tsp dhania powder
  • ½ tsp haldi
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • ½ tsp kali mirch

Method

Step 1: Hara Masala tayar karein

Hara dhania, pudina, hari mirch aur lemon juice blender me daal kar smooth paste bana lein. Side par rakh dein.


Step 2: Chicken cook karein

  1. Pan me oil garam karein.
  2. Zeera daal kar halka sa fry karein.
  3. Piyaz daal kar golden hone tak bhunein.
  4. Adrak lehsan paste add karein aur 1 minute bhunein.

Step 3: Masala add karein

  1. Chicken daal kar 5 minutes bhunein.
  2. Namak, haldi, dhania powder aur kali mirch add karein.
  3. Dahi daal kar achi tarah mix karein.
  4. Dhak kar 10 minutes medium flame par cook karein.

Step 4: Hara paste add karein

  1. Ab prepared hara masala paste daal dein.
  2. 8–10 minutes tak cook karein jab tak oil upar na aa jaye.
  3. Last me garam masala sprinkle karein.
